SBIA November 2026 SBIC Regulations Training Class

Day-long SBIA training class covering how to apply for an SBIC license and how to comply with SBA regulations and reporting once licensed, including modules on the 2023 revisions to the SBIC regulations, conflicts of interest, qualifying and structuring investments, and managing the SBIC. Faculty is expected to include SBA regulators; registration is limited to two attendees per firm.
