Commitments across the fund and companion vehicles exceed $1 billion. The fund lends exclusively to lower and middle-market food and beverage companies.

Dawson Partners' Dawson Portfolio Finance 7 has raised $4.95 billion from 34 investors, with its offshore and co-investment vehicles bringing the total to $6.15 billion from 60 investors, per amended SEC filings. The raise is against a $7 billion hard cap on its sixth fund.
