CVC prices second European CLO of 2026 at €400m

CVC Credit has priced Cordatus XXXIX, its second European CLO of the year, at around €400m. The majority of the equity tranche is held by CVC CLO Equity IV, the manager's in-house equity fund.
Debt across the structure costs 181 basis points over the base rate on average. The single-A tranche came at 180 basis points over, which CVC said is the tightest for that rating in 2026. The reinvestment period runs four and a half years, with a non-call period of about 18 months. About 60 per cent of assets were already sourced at pricing. The first CLO of 2026, Cordatus XXXVIII, priced in May at €406m.
