Initial commitments of £74m, some of it from M&G's £138bn with-profits fund, back the manager's new Diversified Private Credit Feeder LTAF. The vehicle is a long-term asset fund in private credit, built for UK defined contribution pension schemes seeking greater private markets exposure after the Mansion House Accord.
Its investments will span the UK and Europe, including corporate lending and financing for infrastructure, real estate and other assets. The fund belongs to M&G's £28bn private and structured credit platform, which forms part of a £83bn private markets business.
