Monday, October 19, 2026 · first reported by Alternative Credit Investor
Victory Street CLO III, a collateralised loan obligation from CIC Private Debt, has been priced at €403.75m (£340m). BNP Paribas was the bank used to close it, and the firm announced the deal on LinkedIn. Existing investors came back for the vehicle, and ten new ones joined.
Steve Dunn, who heads CIC Private Debt in London, said the execution was strong and the pricing highly competitive for current markets. In August, the manager closed the reset of Victory Street CLO I for €307.5m via Morgan Stanley.
