Nuveen Private Capital (NPC), which brings together Churchill Asset Management and Arcmont Asset Management, now has more than $100bn in committed capital, Alternative Credit Investor reports. The total has grown by over half in three years.
In the last twelve months the platform put $27bn to work, spread over 400-plus mid-market transactions. It has 400 staff in 15 offices and serves over 6,000 investors.
Co-chief executives Anthony Fobel and Ken Kencel said NPC is 93 per cent institutional and has seen no broad credit quality decline. Kencel said private wealth will keep expanding, in proportion to institutional growth.
