Elliott eyes $5bn exit from UK data centre operator Ark
Wednesday, October 28, 2026 · first reported by Hedgeweek
Elliott Management is in talks to sell UK-based Ark Data Centres to TPG, with the deal valued at about $5bn, according to the Financial Times. No agreement is guaranteed. Elliott first invested in Ark in 2012 and holds a majority stake. Ark operates 27 facilities across the UK and Belgium and serves government agencies and major technology companies.
Synergy Research Group says a sale at that price would rank in the top five worldwide for data centre purchases this year.
