Tree Line Capital Partners, a US direct lender, has closed a private credit continuation vehicle of $680m (£508m according to Alternative Credit Investor). PGIM and LGT Capital Partners led the deal as co-lead investors.
The vehicle offers existing investors in several Tree Line direct lending funds a way to get liquidity, while Tree Line keeps managing a diversified private credit portfolio.
