Arcus-backed Volta Data Centres acquires Reynolds House Manchester data center
Thursday, October 29, 2026 · first reported by IREI
Volta Data Centres, a London-based colocation and interconnection operator owned by Arcus Infrastructure Partners, has bought the Reynolds House Manchester data center from Lunar Digital in a carve-out. It is Volta's first bolt-on under Arcus.
The carrier-neutral site hosts about 25 carriers, a London Internet Exchange point of presence and dark fiber links to Equinix's MA1. Around 60 customers use it. Installed IT capacity is roughly 1.45 megawatts, with expansion to 2.5 megawatts planned. Charlie Scott, Volta's senior investment director and asset manager, said it gives Volta a foothold in Manchester.
