Thursday, October 29, 2026 · first reported by IREI
Equitix has closed its purchase of a further 17.5 percent of the Beatrice Offshore Wind Farm in Scotland from The Renewables Infrastructure Group, taking its holding to 35 percent. The deal was first announced in July.
Beatrice has 84 turbines and can supply power for 450,000 homes. Equitix said this is its fifth follow-on investment in the past 12 months, with about $1 billion of equity deployed across them. The firm said follow-on deals give its funds exclusive bilateral opportunities.
