Inside information: eQ Plc renews its management structure and the composition of its Management Team

eQ Plc has reorganised its management structure and Management Team. Group CEO Jouko Pölönen takes charge of the group's asset management business and becomes CEO of eQ Asset Management Ltd from 23 October 2026. Tero Estovirta, who held that CEO post, is leaving the company. The heads of the asset management business areas now sit on the Group Management Team and report to the CEO.
Pertti Vanhanen will handle integration of Genesta Property Nordic AB, whose acquisition was signed the same day, along with international real estate investments. Jennifer Eloheimo stays responsible for Finnish real estate.
