Stonepeak acquires BMO’s transport and vendor finance businesses

Stonepeak has bought the transportation finance and vendor finance businesses that BMO Financial Group ran in the United States and Canada. The acquired operations now form an independent company named Longview Capital Solutions.
Longview is a commercial equipment finance platform for customers across North America and lends heavily to the commercial truck and trailer segment. It operates through two lines of business, Longview Transportation Finance and Longview Vendor Finance. Customers keep the same teams, systems, agreements and service arrangements as it moves to independent operation.
