Relendex appoints property finance specialist as new commercial director

Relendex, a UK residential development lender, has appointed Callum Ferguson as commercial director. He joins from senior roles at Clearwell Capital and Alpha Property Lending. Alongside originating and structuring lending deals, he will build relationships with institutional funding partners and help bring in new sources of capital as Relendex pursues growth.
Martin Murphy, lending director at Relendex, said Ferguson's deal origination and structuring experience will benefit the business. Relendex provides development and bridging finance to experienced property developers, particularly small and medium-sized housebuilders.
