Town Lane has completed the final close of Town Lane Real Estate Opportunities Fund II, reaching its hard cap of $1.9 billion in commitments. The total clears the $1.5 billion target, which the fund passed during the summer, and compares with $1.25 billion raised for the first fund in 2024.
Limited partners span pension funds, family offices, foundations and university endowments, and many came back from Fund I. Tyler Henritze, who spent 19 years at Blackstone Real Estate, founded the firm with his sister Parker Morse, formerly of Sycamore Partners. The team numbers more than 20.
