Brightshore Capital has sold Port 225 Commerce Center, a class A industrial development near Houston, to Cabot Properties. The 484,056-square-foot project has two buildings: a rear-load warehouse of 128,992 square feet and a cross-dock facility of 355,064 square feet.
The addresses are 307 and 315 Beltway Green Blvd., and the land covers 26.5 acres in the Southeast industrial submarket. Brightshore purchased the land in 2023, and its in-house development team completed the buildings in 2025. Cabot approached with an unsolicited offer, which led to the sale.
