Monday, November 2, 2026 · first reported by Yahoo Finance
Silverstone Partners has closed HUD-insured Section 223(f) financing on the Midland Portfolio, four multifamily communities in Midland, Texas. Silverstone and JSB Capital Group bought the properties in December 2025 through a joint venture, with Greystone supplying acquisition bridge financing ahead of a planned move to permanent HUD debt.
The loan carries a fixed rate for its full 35-year term. The partners have also signed leases on the portfolio's mineral rights, which add income and royalty participation. The portfolio is close to fully occupied.
