Monday, November 2, 2026 · first reported by IPE Real Assets
A £70m (€84m) equity commitment from Homes England's National Housing Bank goes to FRESH, the single-family rental platform that Fiera Real Estate UK and Packaged Living recently created. With it, the open-ended vehicle has £200m of investment capacity.
The platform is aiming to assemble UK family rental housing worth £1bn. Simon Century, CEO of the National Housing Bank, said the deal shows the Bank can bring institutional capital into housing delivery. Fiera's Charles Allen said the commitment validates the firm's investment thesis and its record with Packaged Living.
