Monday, November 2, 2026 · first reported by IPE Real Assets
Genesta, a Nordic real estate investment manager, has bought Mylo Living, a Danish micro-living platform, from DFI. The price was not disclosed.
DFI set up the platform in 2022 with joint venture partner SF Management. It consists of an operating brand and a 350-unit Copenhagen asset finished in mid-2024, which is fully let. DFI sold its earlier Danish platform, Blækhus, to Patrizia in 2022 for €314m, and it still holds the Komvi single-family rental joint venture, valued at €500m.
