CVC’s Debut Credit Secondaries Fund Passed €500 Million, Ahead of Its $500 Million Target
Monday, November 2, 2026 · first reported by HedgeCo
CVC Capital Partners has raised more than €500 million for CVC Secondaries Debt Fund I, its first credit secondaries vehicle, according to its third-quarter 2026 activity update. A €330 million commitment received on October 1 is part of that total, and the fund is still raising capital. The amount is above the $500 million target CVC gave in its half-year results, per PEI's Secondaries Investor.
CVC set up a credit secondaries platform in late 2025 under Henri Lusa, previously a managing director at Partners Group. It targets LP-led and GP-led credit deals.
