Monday, November 2, 2026 · first reported by Commercial Observer
Radiant, a 117-unit condominium building at 24-01 Queens Plaza North in Long Island City, Queens, has been refinanced with $43.7 million of loans secured by its unsold units. The developer is New Empire Group, and the project was completed in June.
Goodman Capital provided a $39.5 million senior loan, and JEMM Capital Partners contributed a $4.2 million mezzanine loan. The proceeds replace earlier debt and give the sponsor runway to sell the remaining residences. Vincent Martucci and Sana Khaliq headed the Apex Capital team that negotiated the deal.
