Settle Secures Up To $100 Million as Stablecoin Liquidity Enters SMB Lending
Tuesday, November 3, 2026 · first reported by Finovate
Settle, a fintech that finances inventory purchases, has entered a forward-flow agreement with 3Jane worth up to $100 million. The commitment begins at $50 million, with an option to grow to $100 million. 3Jane, a crypto-native structured credit platform, has so far acquired $18 million of loans Settle had already made, and it has agreed to keep buying new loans that qualify.
Settle can now recycle capital into fresh originations rather than carrying loans until they mature. 3Jane CEO Jacob Chudnovsky said the structure is meant to reduce Settle's borrowing costs. Last month Settle announced a separate $240 million credit facility.
