Njord Partners hires fundraising head

Kirsty Acton joins Njord Partners on 26 October as head of capital formation and fundraising partner. Njord is a mid-market investment manager.
Most recently she was at EQT, the Swedish private equity firm, where she held a director position within client relations and capital raising and co-led the EMEA private wealth business. Before that she founded and ran a placement business that raised money for private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt strategies. She started out in sales at a UK-based hedge fund. Njord manages more than €1bn.
