Permira Appoints Former S&P Global CEO Douglas Peterson as Senior Adviser

Douglas Peterson, previously President and CEO of S&P Global, has joined Permira as a Senior Adviser to its Services team, working from New York. He led S&P Global for more than a decade and before that spent 26 years at Citigroup, including as Chief Operating Officer of Citibank and CEO of Citigroup Japan.
Peterson will advise portfolio management teams on value creation plans and support the Services team on portfolio shaping and due diligence on new investments. Permira's Services investments include Alter Domus, Carne Group, JTC, Octus, Clearwater Analytics, Acuity Analytics, Kroll and Tricor.
