DLF, Everstone join hands for ₹3,750-crore IREO investment
Friday, November 6, 2026 · first reported by The Hindu
A joint venture between DLF Ltd and Everstone Group, the Singapore-headquartered investment manager, is being set up under a binding, exclusive term sheet. Its target is IREO Private Ltd, along with that group's Indian companies. DLF expects to commit roughly ₹3,750 crore for the majority holding.
Under a separate term sheet with the IREO FDI Funds, the venture would acquire no less than 20% of the Indian entities, plus certain governance rights. Counting contractual and other interests, its economic stake should be around 40%, and the funds keep the remainder. Completion is expected in 2027.
