Thursday, November 5, 2026 · first reported by IREI
Hines has made two logistics investments in Italy totaling about 213,000 square meters. For Hines European Core Fund, it bought a 19,000-square-meter complex in San Giuliano Milanese, near Milan, in an off-market deal. It is the fund's fourth Italian logistics purchase.
For Hines European Real Estate Partners III, Hines conditionally committed to a forward purchase of a 194,000-square-meter class A logistics park in Pozzolo Formigaro. The four-building project will be delivered in three phases before 2028. About 110,000 square meters are committed, and 80,000 more depend on conditions.
